Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Noridian) invites qualified respondents, including small businesses, to submit a response to this Request for Information (RFI) for Utilization Management technical solutions.
Through this RFI, Noridian seeks to better understand the current market landscape, emerging capabilities, implementation considerations, and best practices associated with modern utilization management solutions, while identifying potential technology providers, strategic partners, and teaming opportunities that may support future federal and state healthcare initiatives.
Noridian seeks information on configurable technical solutions that support end-to-end utilization management workflows for federal and state healthcare programs. For purposes of this RFI, UM refers to the evaluation of the medical necessity, appropriateness, provider compliance, and efficiency of health care services. Our goal is to identify solutions that enable efficient, compliant, and scalable UM operations with proven outcomes.
