Description
The purpose of this project is to provide annual inspection, testing, documentation, and reporting
of all fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA 72, manufacturer recommendations, applicable
state and local codes, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, testing equipment, documentation,
transportation, software, and incidentals necessary to perform the required inspection and testing
services. System inventories and equipment counts based upon the most recent inspection reports
and shall be verified by the Contractor.
