San Jose JCC - Building L2 Package Rooftop HVAC Replacement

The San Jose Job Corps Center is a government owned trade school for under-served youth, located in San Jose, CA and operated by Career Systems Development Corporation. Building L2 on the Center contains three (3) gas-fired packaged rooftop heating ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) units which are outdated, more than 20 years old, unreliable, and beyond equipment’s life expectancy. The units consist of two 5-ton and one 3-ton units. Please see details and photos in attached documents for full scope of work.

This project is subject to prevailing wages under the Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination CA20260018, Revision 6, dated 7/14/2026. A copy of this wage determination is included in the RFQ attachments for reference. Weekly certified payroll reports are required to be submitted and approved prior to payment of invoice(s).

Proposals should contain, at minimum:
• Make, model, and efficiency rating of proposed units to be installed
• Cost of materials
• Cost of labor
• Total project cost
• Process proposed to complete work in a safe and compliant manner
• Any specified exclusions
