Roswell JCC – Male Dormitory Bldg. Water Source Heat Pump Replacement (20 units)
Description
Twenty water source heat pumps have failed and are damaged beyond repair. Total replacement of these units is needed to provide cooling/heat to the dorms. The return air transfer grill between the bedroom and the above-ceiling plenum is not protected with a smoke damper and contains several components that are not plenum-rated.
This project is subject to prevailing wages under the Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination NM20260014, Revision 1, dated 5/18/2026. A copy of this wage determination is included in the RFQ attachments for reference.
Proposals exceeding $100,000.00 will require Payment & Performance bonding for 100% of contract value upon award.
