Description

The intent of this project is to replace the HVAC systems as detailed below:
- Cooling is provided by eight vertical up-flow gas-fired furnaces with DX-coils, matched to air cooled condensing units. The condensing units are manufactured by Bryant (models 561CP030-A and 561CP060-H, cooling capacities ranging from 2-1/2-ton to 5-ton, R-22, built 10/2000).
- Replace units with new 12.5 SEER packaged units utilizing non-R22 refrigerants (e.g., R-410A or R-454B). The scope includes installing while reusing the existing electrical disconnects, ductwork, and thermostat wiring.
- All refrigerant recovered is to be labeled and left on center for centers use
