Description
The intent of this project is to replace the HVAC systems as detailed
- Pad-mounted gas-fired packaged HVAC unit manufactured by Carrier (model 48TFF012---611--, 10-ton cooling capacity, built 08/2002, R-22, and this unit are located at south exposure of the building.
- Replace units with new 12.5 SEER packaged units utilizing non-R22 refrigerants (e.g., R-410A or R-454B). The scope includes installing while reusing the existing electrical disconnects, ductwork, and thermostat wiring.
- unit is to be left at maintenance building post install to be disassembled for parts as well as any recovered refrigerant shall be labeled and given to maintenance for use elsewhere
