BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work generally involves construction of a new water treatment facility for the City of Mound with induced draft aeration, concrete detention and filter tanks, pumping facilities, a clearwell, washwater reclamation, chemical feed systems, and yard piping for raw watermain, finished watermain, and sanitary sewer. Work is described in the Project Specifications. Awarded work is expected to be conducted between the notice to proceed date and substantially completed by September 1, 2029.
SCOPES OF WORK INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Selective demolition, concrete, precast concrete, masonry, structural & miscellaneous metals, carpentry & woodwork, thermal & moisture protection, roofing, openings, finishes, specialties, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC & controls, electrical, standby generator, fire alarm, earthwork, dewatering, paving, fencing, retaining walls, landscaping, utilities, stormwater, well pump, process valves & piping, instrumentation & controls, blowers, compressed air, process pumps, chemical feed systems, aeration equipment, filter underdrains & media, washwater troughs.
