Description
A – Replace three existing smoke detectors with three new system connected, multi-criteria smoke and CO detectors according to recommendations in Extent of Work.
B – Replace Johnson Controls thermostat with new unit. Replace damaged emergency light with new LED, dual head, self-contained battery pack emergency light in accordance with Extent of Work recommendations.
C – Replace 20 existing smoke detectors with 20 new system connected combined smoke and CO detectors in accordance with the Extent of Work recommendations.
