Dormitory Roof Replacement in Iowa

Seeking qualified roofing contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and disposal necessary to replace an existing mechanically attached TPO roofing system that has reached the end of its service life. Contractors shall evaluate the existing roof and propose either a complete tear-off and replacement or a recover roofing system. The project includes approximately 16,250 SF of roofing, evaluation and repair of 1,600 SF of parapet wall assemblies, flashing, edge securement, drainage modifications as required, and all work necessary to provide a complete, watertight roofing system. The proposed system shall qualify for a minimum 20-year Manufacturer No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty.
