Quarterly landscaping for campus

The only Bids that will be considered will be from vendors who attend the mandatory bid conference on the day and time specified above.

Project Summary:
• Main entrance, entrance roads, and campus signage areas.
• Administrative buildings, classroom buildings, and training facilities.
• Student dormitories and surrounding residential grounds.
• Dining facilities, recreational spaces, and outdoor gathering areas.
• Campus lawns, landscaped areas, flower beds, trees, and shrubs.
• Sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking lots, and curbs.
• Fencing, building perimeters, drainage areas, and designated campus property boundaries.
• Other outdoor areas assigned by Facilities Management.
• All designated grassy areas shall be maintained through regular mowing and weed eating as required by seasonal growth and weather conditions.
• Weed eating shall be performed around buildings, fences, sidewalks, curbs, trees, signs, utility fixtures, and all other areas inaccessible to mowing equipment.
• All mowing and weed eating activities shall be completed while minimizing disruptions to campus operations and maintaining a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.
