Center Holiday Meal Vendor will deliver five hundred (500) eight-ounce ribeye steaks, cooked well done, to the center by 10:00 AM CST on Tuesday, December 15, 2026. Winter Break Departure Breakfast Vendor will deliver one hundred fifty (150) breakfast biscuit sandwiches by 6:00 AM CST on Thursday, December 17, 2026, consisting of seventy-five (75) bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches and seventy-five (75) sausage and egg sandwiches. Staff Christmas Breakfast Vendor will provide a breakfast meal for 250 people, ready to serve by 8:30 AM on Monday, December 21, 2026. The menu will include scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, meatless gravy, hashbrown casserole, and breakfast casserole. The center will provide chafing dishes.
