• End User: National Park Service
• Location: 107 Third Avenue, Charlestown Navy Yard, Boston, MA
• Building: 62,069 GSF, three-story historic masonry industrial building constructed in 1904 and being converted into federal office space
• Scope: Abatement; full slab-on-grade removal; micropiles and braced frames; slate roofing and copper work; 100% masonry repointing; all-new MEP/FP systems; complete interior fit-out; and fixed furniture
• Anticipated Construction Start: November 1, 2026
• Labor Requirements: Davis-Bacon prevailing wages and certified payroll reporting
• Participation Goals: VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, SDB, and WOSB
