Site renovations at the Air Traffic Control Beacon Interrogator (ATCBI) tower at QRB, Samberg, TN to include:
• Replace existing fluorescent interior shelter overhead lights with LED fixtures
• Replace tower stair lights with LED fixtures
• Replace building exterior light with LED fixture (by door)
• Replace restroom exhaust fan
• Replace 10x16 storage shed
• Repair asphalt parking area
• Partially replace barbed wire and fence fabric (approximately 750ft)
• New shelter roof
• Replace small awning over building penetrations
• Seal cracks in building foundation to prevent water intrusion
• Repair/paint/replace rusting nuts/bolts/brackets on tower as necessary
• Relocate entrance gate 6ft toward facility
