Project includes LPGBS electrical corrections such as fence, conductors, EG groundings, new conductors and SPDS replacement, flagpole replacement and grounding, and bollard light replacement. Mechanical work consists of copper piping replacement and chilled water supply troubleshoot and repair. Civil reinforcement includes gate repair, flagpole foundation repair, concrete repair, and regrading. Structural repair includes painting, sealing, replacing rusted bolts, epoxy injection and ladder extension install. Architectural reinforcements include VCT floor tile replacement, door frame and threshold replacement, new gasket, seals and caulking around exterior windows, sloping cap, weather protection on floor, and gutter and downspout installation.
