Event description

What it is:
Join the LA VBOC with the Murrieta/ Wildomar Chamber of Commerce and City of Murrieta at the Murrieta Innovation Center, IN-PERSON, on the Marine Corps Birthday, during NVSBW 26! We show how and why you would choose an LLC, Sole Prop, S-Corp, or C-Corp, how to form each one legally, step-by-step, by the numbers, Barney style. Period.

You’ll learn:

  • What each structure is (in plain English)
  • Why you’d pick one over the others
  • The exact steps to form it legally (what to file, where, and in what order)
  • What mistakes to avoid that cost money later.
