This session will introduce the PAID self-audit program, including the benefits of participation and how the program works. Participants will also receive an overview of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), with a focus on common issues involving minimum wage, overtime, hours worked, recordkeeping, and child labor requirements.
Designed for employers and small business owners, this training will provide practical information to help businesses better understand their responsibilities under federal labor law.
