Event description

Participants choose the 3–5 things most worth tracking about their customers (their needs, behaviors, and experience) and set up low-effort ways to capture them during the season. We'll also cover what usually makes this fall apart, such as losing the habit during the rush or recording the same thing in different ways, and how to prevent it. They'll also start collecting contact details (with permission) so they can win a second purchase from new holiday customers in January.
