  Basic Eligibility Requirements:

• Any legal resident of the United States or its Territories who owns 51% of a business and operates a small business for a minimum of three years and have received at least one type of SBA assistance.
• Submission Deadline: Nomination packages must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. ET, December 7, 2026. 
•  All SBA programs and services are provided on a nondiscriminatory basis. Reasonable accommodations will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance by contacting NVDO@SBA.GOV. SBA cannot endorse any products, opinions or services of any external parties or activities. SBA’s participation or support is not an endorsement of any product, service, or entity.
