Join the CEI Business Legacy Lab for a hands-on workshop designed to help aspiring business buyers determine whether they're truly ready to purchase and operate a business.

Buying a business is about more than finding the right opportunity. In this session we'll discuss the following aspects of buying and operating a small business:

• Family commitments
• Risk tolerance
• Long term exit strategies. 

Through guided exercises, peer discussions, and practical financial modeling, participants will explore what they hope to achieve through business ownership and evaluate how much time, money, and personal equity they are prepared to invest. 

You'll also hear lessons learned from current and former small business owners and leave with a personalized Buyer Readiness Workbook to help guide your next steps.
