The Small Business Compliance Toolbox series offers practical tools and essential knowledge to help your business stay compliant, reduce risk, and build a stronger, more successful workplace. The program will share compliance resources such as guides, digital tools, and other free resources.   

Facilitated by subject matter experts from the U.S. Dept. of Labor, this webinar reviews OSHA’s emphasis for hazards involving storage, stockroom, warehousing and loading areas.  The program also includes a discussion of common wage and hour issues in the warehousing industry such as hours worked, deductions, and overtime pay. Available DOL Compliance Assistance resources will also be reviewed including OSHA's On-Site Consultation Program (confidential occupational safety and health services to small- and medium-sized businesses, with priority given to high-hazard worksites). On-Site Consultation services are separate from enforcement and do not result in penalties or citations.
