Gwen Pokalo Hart is an enthusiastic believer in the entrepreneurial spirit with two decades of experience building the systems that help women and rural entrepreneurs gain economic power on their own terms. She is the founder of Hart's Revival: a strategic finance consultancy providing CFO-level advising, transition planning, and ecosystem infrastructure-building for mission-driven small businesses. She also serves as a Network Development Specialist with the Cooperative Development Institute, where she works with economic developers, business technical assistance providers, and policymakers across the Northeast to build stronger business legacies and create pathways to worker ownership.
