Understanding the key components of a business plan helps new and aspiring entrepreneurs launch their business idea. Upon conclusion of this session, you will have a business strategy outline to gain clarity on how to start and grow your business effectively.
Attendees receive a copy of the slide deck and a Certificate of Completion.
