Event description
Deconstructing the Deal Lifecycle for High-Growth Real Estate Businesses In this intensive session, students move beyond simple property ownership to explore the mechanics of a scalable real estate business. The course deconstructs the full lifecycle of a real estate deal through the lens of the entrepreneur, with a focus on identifying undervalued opportunities and manufacturing equity. Leave with a tactical toolkit to evaluate markets, secure funding, and execute exit strategies that build long-term wealth in the modern real estate landscape.
Key Learning Pillars:
- The Velocity of Wholesale: The "find-and-assign" model to generate immediate capital without heavy personal investment.
- The Rehab Lifecycle: A deep dive into the "Fix and Flip" strategy, including project management, scope of work, and maximizing ROI through strategic renovations.
- Capital & Leverage: Understanding the lending landscape—from conventional financing to hard money and private capital partners.
- The Power of the Ecosystem: How to cultivate and manage high-value relationships with agents, wholesalers, and contractors to build a consistent deal pipeline.
