Thinking about starting a business but not sure how to put your plan together? This session is for you.
A solid business plan is the foundation of every successful business — and it doesn't have to be overwhelming. In this one-hour workshop, we'll break down the key components of a business plan in a clear, practical way so you leave with a roadmap you can actually use.
You'll learn how to define your business idea, identify your target market, analyze your competition, outline your products or services, and build basic financial projections — all the elements that lenders, investors, and programs look for when evaluating your business.
Whether you're still in the idea stage or getting ready to launch, this session will give you the clarity and confidence to take your next step.
