Event description
A lot of founders run the business from the bank account. Money comes in, bills go out, and as long as the balance looks fine, everything feels fine. The problem is the balance says nothing about your margins or what’s coming due, so tight stretches show up as surprises.
This is a working session. We’ll start by walking through the P&L in plain language, so you actually know what revenue, direct costs, overhead, and profit are telling you. Then you’ll use your own numbers to build a one-page snapshot of where the business stands, flag which expenses are worth cutting or renegotiating, and test what a small price increase would do. It rolls up into a 90-day plan at the end.
Bring a recent P&L if you have one, or a few months of bank and card statements. If you’ve never looked closely at either, that’s fine. That’s who this workshop is for.
