In this workshop you will:

  • Hear from lenders on what they look for in ideal borrowers.
  • Learn about the different SBA loan programs and how they differ from traditional and alternative lending programs.
  • Understand the federal, state and local resources that are available to help get you lender ready.

Theresa works for U.S. Small Business Administration as a Business Development Specialist, after a 30+ year chamber of commerce professional, working primarily in communities throughout the East Coast. In her current position, she manages the government contracting portfolio for NH based small businesses, as well as the SBA Certifications program. In addition, Theresa is the Veterans Business Resource Officer and the Resource Partner liaison, both
positions focus on creating access and connecting small businesses to the NH network of resources and programs.
