From Grant Ready to Application Ready: A Hands-On Grant Development Workshop 
Building on the Comprehensive Small Business Grant Readiness Workshop, this 2.5-hour interactive session will take participants deeper into the practical work of developing a competitive grant application. 

The Workshop Will Cover 
Common grant application questions and effective strategies for answering them 
How to align a proposed project with a funder’s priorities and evaluation criteria 
The differences among goals, objectives, activities, outputs, outcomes, and performance indicators 
How to develop clear, realistic, and measurable project objectives 
Common application weaknesses and practical ways to strengthen a proposal before submission 
Participants are encouraged to bring a specific business project, challenge, or funding idea to use during the exercises. Worksheets and handouts will be provided so attendees leave with a working foundation they can apply to future grant opportunities.
