In an interactive and practical workshop designed to help entrepreneurs and small business owners prepare for the future, participants will learn to use tools and templates to help develop a comprehensive business plan, including:
- Industry and Market Research
- Marketing Strategy
- Competitive Assessment
- Organizational Structure and Operations Management
- Financial Projections
The instructor summarizes some of the templates, tools, and advice he's used over the past 18 months when working with 150+ entrepreneurs and small business owners in creating and enhancing business plans and financial projections. For attendees, he will share how he uses of AI (LLM models) in creating an example of a business plan and conducting market research.
