A Roadmap to Entrepreneurial Success from Idea to Start Up!
5-part series on Tuesday evenings at Stonehill College in Easton MA.
Sept 8, Sept 15, Sept 22, Sept 29, Oct 13, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
$50 fee covers all sessions
Essentials of Starting a Business was developed as a series of workshops that build on each other to give you an effective model for launching your venture. A small fee of only $50 covers all five sessions. It is highly recommended that you attend all five sessions to get maximum benefit from the program.
To ensure that each participant receives personalized attention, attendance is limited. You are encouraged to register now!
The workshop includes:
9/8: Session 1 – Discovery: Our presenters will guide you through the crucial first steps in launching your business.
9/15: Session 2 – Validation: You have quantified your idea and your goals. But is your business feasible?
9/22:Session 3 – Financial Matters: Your business can’t succeed without effective financial management.
9/29:Session 4 – Business Planning: We will educate you on the many structures available for your new business and how to determine which is right for your venture.
In addition, you will also begin a two-week collaboration with a dedicated SCORE mentor who will guide you through developing an Investor Pitch.
10/13: Session 5 – Investor Pitch: During this session, you will present your Investor Pitch to your peers, giving you valuable practice for making your presentation to lenders and investors.
