Hannah Robertson-Forrest, VEDP Grants Manager STEP, will provide an overview of VEDP’s International Trade programs, with a particular focus on the SBA-funded State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) in Virginia. STEP provides support to increase the number of small businesses that are exporting and to raise the value of exports for those small businesses that are currently exporting. She will provide an overview of the services offered via STEP in Virginia, the eligibility criteria and application process, and examples of past Virginia STEP participants and successes.
